SDM's tribute to some of their most favourite video game songs of all time. Each song is a 15+ minute medley, taking the listener on a journey to which we can all relate - our humble beginnings, to our cocky highs, to our tormented lows when we ultimately face defeat. But it's not about the end; it's about the journey.

"Instrumentality" was originally named after, and conceptually refers to, the Human Instrumentality Project from Neon Genesis Evangelion and was heavily inspired by "The End of Evangelion". However as time went on, the concept went on to be more of a soundtrack to accompany popular Pokemon "Nuzlocke" challenges... my own of which was a big inspiration for the overall sound and mood of the album.
